Fifteens

Makes 15

Ingredients:

15 digestive biscuits, crushed

15 marshmallows, chopped

15 glacé cherries, cut in half

185ml condensed milk

200g desiccated coconut, to coat

Method:

1. Combine the biscuits, marshmallows, cherries and milk in a large mixing bowl until the mixture is sticky.

2. Sprinkle most of the coconut over a large sheet of parchment paper.

3. Tip the mixture out onto the foil, then shape into a long log.

4. Sprinkle more coconut over the top, then wrap the log tightly in cling film.

5. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours, then slice into 15 pieces.
