Former Fair City star Sandra Curran features in next week’s ‘Red Rock’.
Best known for her role as Una Norris on ‘Fair City’, Sandra Curran from Chapelizod plays feisty new mum Maeve Wilson in TV3’s new soap.
Battling with Maeve is next door neighbour, Feargal Duff, played by Des Nealon from Killiney.
‘Red Rock’ airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 8.30pm on TV3.

Former Fair City star Sandra Curran has landed a guest part in TV3’s new hit soap, Red Rock. She will feature in next week’s episode 15 which will air Wednesday 25th February at 8.30pm on TV3. Best known for her role as Una Norris on Fair City, Sandra has also appeared in Damo and Ivor and short film Out of the Blue.
Sandra, from Chapelizod in Dublin, plays a feisty new mum Maeve Wilson who is incensed at her next door neighbour for allowing his dog to constantly bark while her and her new-born baby are trying to sleep. After getting nowhere with the Gardaí down at Red Rock station, Maeve decides to take the law into her own hands with dire consequences.
Battling with Maeve is next door neighbour, Feargal Duff, played by Des Nealon from Killiney. Unable to walk his dog due to a bad foot, Feargal is now at risk of having his dog taken away from him because of the noise complaints.
By the book Adrijan and his on the beat partner Sean are both left to referee the feuding neighbours and figure out how to resolve what looks to be a nasty and escalating situation.
‘Red Rock’ airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 8.30pm on TV3.

Sharon finally confronts schoolgirl Rachel Reid about her underage relationship with Brian. She urges Rachel to tell her dad, Liam, what’s going on. Rachel feigns shock at these ‘sick’ allegations and denies everything. Upset and angry, she insists that nothing is going on and tells Sharon to butt out. Later that night, a worried Rachel meets up with Brian and tells him all about Sharon’s interference, leaving him furious and on the warpath. There’s serious trouble ahead for Sharon…
Keith asks his mum Bridget for some money so he can buy cheap cigarettes from a guy he knows, so he can sell them for twice the price. Wily Bridget agrees to give him the money on the condition that they go into business together and split the profits. Keith agrees and in return, offers to help smooth things over between Katie and Bridget who are still at loggerheads. But in trying to calm troubled waters, has Keith bitten off more than he can chew?
Meanwhile at the Tyrells’, Angela realises that there is something up with son Conor and tries to talk to him about it. Angela and husband Tommy confront Conor when he forgets to collect his younger brother, Stephen, from soccer practice. Under pressure and feeling the heat from both parents’ line of questioning, Conor drops a bombshell, announcing that he’s leaving college. In the middle of all the commotion, Stephen comes in with some wonderful news. He’s just been scouted to play for Shamrock Rovers! Attention turns to Stephen, but Angela is concerned for her eldest son. Something’s not right, but she’s not quite sure what just yet.
