 ‘Ireland AM’ broadcasts live from Temple Street Children’s Hospital for Christmas special.

 

Ireland AM will broadcast a live Christmas special from Temple Street Children’s Hospital tomorrow (Friday 20th December) from 8am on TV3.

 

Aidan Cooney and Anna Daly will be taking a tour of the hospital with Luke Concannon who has to visit Temple Street three times a week for kidney dialysis.

 

They’ll also be joined by a host of celebrity guests including GAA/GPA Player of the Year Darragh Macauley, world renowned mentalist Keith Barry and cheeky pop duo Jedward.

 

Ireland AM airs Monday to Friday on TV3 from 7am – 10.45am on TV3.

Ireland AM will be kicking off a live broadcast from Temple Street Children’s Hospital tomorrow (Friday 20th December) at 8am on TV3. With music from the Kilcock Musical Choir, Aidan Cooney and Anna Daly will be chatting to different volunteers around the hospital.

 

Taking us on a tour of the hospital is eight-year-old Luke Concannon who has to visit Temple Street Children’s Hospital three times a week for five hours a day for kidney dialysis. We also chat toJennifer and Paul, the parents of five-month-old Ella, who was born with a twisted bowel. They tell Aidan and Anna about their stay at the hospital and why fundraising is so important.

 

World renowned mentalist Keith Barry will be on site to talk about his new show Brain Hacker which is due to air on TV3 in January. Dublin footballers Michael Darragh Macauley and Ger Brennan will also be at Temple Street with the Sam Maguire Cup talking about their All Ireland victory against Mayo.

 

And last but certainly not least, pop siblings Jedward will be at hand to spread some Christmas cheer and chat about their starring roles in this year’s Christmas Panto - Beauty & The Beast at the Olympia Theatre.

 

Ireland AM airs Monday to Friday on TV3 from 7am – 10.45am on TV3.
