Kathleen Leahy joins the Xposé team to celebrate ‘The Year of Active Aging’

Kathleen Leahy, 67, from Co. Westmeath is the newest member of the Xposé team. Kathleen will join Karen Koster, Glenda Gilson, Lisa Cannon and Kirsteen O’Sullivan to promote ‘The Year of Activate Aging’ and will commence in her new role next Monday, 1st October at 6pm on TV3.

Kathleen will be swapping retirement for the Xposé mic as she will take to the red carpet to interview some of the biggest names in the celebrity world. Viewers will also see Kathleen, who will step in for Karen, presenting the

show, getting the best make up tips and seeing what the latest trends are within Ireland’s fashion industry.

The European year of active aging is about appreciating the contribution older people can make to society, getting more out of life as you grow older, whether at work, at home or in the community.

Kathleen Leahy said: “I’m thrilled to become the newest member of Xposé. I am looking forward to joining the girls and teaching them a thing or two about style, beauty and all things Xposé! It’s going to be a challenge but I am well prepared and can’t wait to get going!”

Kathleen joins Xposé – Monday 1st October 2012 at 6pm on TV3.
