Creamy Parmesan Chicken Tagliatelle

INGREDIENTS
• 2 chicken fillets sliced
• 2 cloves of garlic
• A good handful of grate parmesan
• 200ml of cream
• Tagliatelle pasta
• Salt and cracked black pepper
• 2 handful of picked spinach
• Chicken stock cube
• 1 tbsp Oregano
• Sun dried tomatoes
• Water
• Butter
METHOD
1. In a frying pan, add some oil and fry the chicken with some salt until golden and sealed.
2. Now add the garlic, oregano and butter followed by the cream, crumbled up stock cube and allow to simmer.
3. Now cook the pasta in boiling water and then once cooked you can finish your sauce.
4. Add the sun dried tomatoes, Parmesan and season to taste. Add the spinach and then add the pasta to the sauce if you prefer it this way.
5. Loosen the sauce with some water if it’s too thick and then serve. Enjoy!
