Crab claws with tomato, chilli, garlic and lime
Ingredients
1kg of large crab claws
60ml extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 shallots, finely chopped
2 fresh chilli, chopped
200g ripe tomatoes
1 bunch of chopped coriander
Juice of 1 lime
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Serve with some grilled sourdough sour bread
