INGREDIENTS
1-2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic
150g oyster mush (replace with button or other mushroom)
Good handful baby spinach
3 tbsp tamari/soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Roughly chop the mushrooms.
Add the oil to a medium pan on a high heat and leave to heat up.
Add the garlic and mushrooms, cook for 1 minute stirring regularly.
Add the tamari and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook for a further minute till it wilts right down.
