Prepare the chicken: cut the chicken into small cubes and place in a large bowl. Add the egg, one for all sauce then stir and make sure chicken is well coated.
Add the corn flour into the chicken bowl and mix well.
Heat enough oil to fry the chicken in deep saucepan until cook, golden colour and crispy.
Set the crispy chicken aside.
Heat a wok over medium heat to high, add in sesame oil.
Add in garlic, onion and peppers fry for 1 min.
Add in 1 cup of chef sham one for all sauce, mix all well then add in 1 cup of water and bring it to boil for 30 second.
Add in the egg noodle and mixed all well make sure noodle is well coated
Add in the crispy chicken and all remaining vegetable and mixed all well together and ready to serve.
