- Place all ingredients in mixing bowl with the except of the bean curd skin.
- Mix all ingredients well until all bound together.
- Cut the bean curd sheet into 4 inches square.
- Spoon the mix onto each sheet of bean curd and fold it over tightly. Repeat this until all the mix is used.
- Place in a steamer and steam for few minutes until the chicken mix is cooked through.
- Take it out of the steamer and fry on a hot pan until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve with sweet chili ginger sauce and green salad.
