Frank's Original RedHot Loaded Nachos

Ingredients:
- 100g mince beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 60g bell pepper, diced
- 200ml Franks RedHot Original Sauce
- Handful of Nacho Chips
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- French's Mustard Dressing
Instructions:
1. In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and fry the diced onion, pepper and garlic until aromatic, 1 minute. Add the beef mince and brown after.
2. Once browned, add the Franks Original RedHot sauce to the mince and stir through.
3. Serve the mince on a bed of nachos, with grated cheese over the top and a dressing of French's Mustard and sour cream to serve.
