Take the slices of bread rubbed with garlic and olive oil and baked for 6-8 minutes until crisp.
Heat a large pan and quickly sauté the onion, mushroom and mixed peppers
Add the beef and cook for 4-5 minutes until cooked, then add in the chilli sauce and chilli powder.
Allow the mixture to come to a bubble, cook through and then allow to cool down.
Once cool, pile the beef mixture on top of the crisp breads and then top with the goat’s cheese and pop in the oven for 6-8 minutes until the beef mixture is heated through and the cheese has melted
