Ok, so you are what you eat. Well, I’m absolutely addicted to bread at the mo. But just because I stuff baguettes into me like it’s my full time job, doesn’t mean you can call me crusty!

But this month, I’m going to lay off the bread and get some pumpkin onto me not into me, lash on a face mask and finish off with a super serum.

No more scary face!

1. I’m a bit of a scrubber so something like GloMinerals Pumpkin Enzyme Scrub, €30, is ideal to remove dead skin cell build up while stimulating cell regeneration with granules and enzymes that exfoliate without stress or irritation to the skin. Anything I put on after this works so much more as it doesn’t sit on a load of old skin cells.

2. I adore Givenchy’s Le Soin Noir lovely lace masks that cost an absolute fortune! But seriously, at about €100 a mask, I’d need to have Kim K’s money to afford them so these dupes by Dermovia, Lace your Face, €50, enriched with apple stem cells and dew grass extract to soothe skin are much better value.

3. Nourish Protect Replenishing Peptide Serum 30ml €28, is a super-intensive serum that locks in moisture and guards against dryness. Made with peptides to firm the skin, it helps combat pesky fine lines. With organic orange and mandarin oils, it leaves skin visibly healthy and moisturised. I find it’s a great primer as well for make-up.
