Ulster Bank customers experiencing issues with services this morning

Some of the bank's services are down

Some Ulster Bank customers are experiencing issues with the bank’s Anytime and Mobile Banking services this morning.

The bank confirmed in a statement that they were aware of the issues with their online services and they are currently working on resolving the issue.

Ulster Bank also confirmed that their telephone and ATM services were not impacted and customers could continue using them as usual.



They stated: "We are aware that customers are currently experiencing issues logging into their online and mobile banking accounts."

"We would like to apologise for the inconvenience. We are aware of the problem and are working to fix the issue. Customers can still use ATMs and telephone banking.”
