Leanne Moore's 30 Minute Home Workout!

Personal Trainer Leanne Moore has put this really simple HOME WORKOUT together. It takes just thirty minutes and you can do it anywhere! 

I always say I prefer to get to the gym to workout – and that is definitely the case but I do understand that between one thing and another it’s not always possible.

This workout is really simple and requires little to no equipment – it’s often one I choose to do if I am away without gym access or if getting to the gym on a particular day is just not possible. Take a little look and maybe it will work well for you.

The idea with this workout is to choose 6 exercises from the list below.

 

You should pick the exercises in this order:

-Upper Body

-Lower Body

-Cardio

-Lower Body

-Upper Body

-Cardio

 

Pop on some motivating music and set a clock where you can see the seconds counting or a stopwatch and perform each exercise for 45 seconds

Use the last 15 seconds in every minute for recovery to get your breath back.

In total it will take 6 minutes to get through the exercises. Take a minutes rest and then repeat.

Aim to do 5 rounds and thats a 30 minute workout (34 in total with your rest periods).

When exercising at home with no equipment remember the aim is to get the heart rate up and break a sweat. Drink PLENTY of water and listen to your body. If it needs a rest – work up to getting the full 45 seconds on each exercise.

1: KNEE TUCKS 

2: JUMPING JACKS 

3: SPRINT ON THE SPOT

4: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

5: BURPEES
