Simon Cowell is less than impressed at this X Factor star's plan…

Olly Murs, who rose to fame on the X Factor, is reportedly set to join rival TV show The Voice as a coach and Simon Cowell is NOT happy.

According to the Sun, Olly is in talks to join the show and replace last year’s axed mentor, Gavin Rossdale.

Murs finished second in the 2009 series of The X Factor and went on to present The Xtra Factor for two years with Caroline Flack before moving to the presenting the main show for one series.

An insider told The Sun: "It’s a huge coup for The Voice to have Olly on board. He’s got talent show experience, comedic charm and a huge fanbase. His personality will shine through as a coach.”

"It won’t be like when he presented X Factor when he had to remain impartial."

However the insider also added: "Simon isn’t happy Olly’s swapped allegiances, especially as he left the X Factor to concentrate on his music."

The Voice is set to return to our screens next year and The X Factor continues tonight on TV3 at 8.15pm.
