The dangers of slimming products and fad diets

With much focus on weight loss this January, it’s unsurprising that millions of people fall prey to fad diets and bogus weight-loss products.

Earlier this month, reality star Khloe Kardashian came under fire when she promoted a diet shake to our followers, resulting in thousands of online complaints about the damaging body-image perceptions these products can give.

Joining us in studio this morning to discuss the dangers of slimming products was Nutritional Therapist Heather Leeson.
