World Diabetes Day
Today is World Diabetes day, an important event for the quarter of a million Irish people with diabetes, and the other up to one million of us at risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
 
This is particularly shocking when you consider that most diabetes is preventable.
 
It’s not all bad news though! There are some easy ways to identify if you or your family members are at risk f type 2 oand some simple changes that can reduce your risk in as little as three months - Nutritional Therapist Heather Leeson of Glenville Nutrition is here to explain
