Long waiting lists and a lack of qualified dietitians in the health service means that people with coeliac disease are facing delays of up to a year, or more, to see a dietitian after being diagnosed.

We were joined by a mother who says she was forced to go private as she couldn't bear to see her daughter suffer with painful symptoms any longer. Catherine Parker was here with her daughter Jennifer, and they're joined by Dietitian Sarah Keogh
