Mental Health Week: Post Natal Depression

Did you know that 40% of people think about their mental health regularly with 43% considering it from time to time and Over three quarters (77%) of adults think more can be done to help people with mental health issues.

These statistics are findings from @LyonsTea & @Pietahouse Time to Talk Campaign.

Each year thousands of Irish women have a traumatic birth experience, and many can develop post-natal PTSD.

This morning as part of Ireland AM'S Mental Health week, Hilary Fitzpatrick joined us to share her personal story of being diagnosed with Post-natal PTSD after having a difficult birth experience with her first child alongside Psychologist Allison Keating.
