Feta Cheese Pasta Bake

Ingredients

2 packets of cherry tomatoes

500g feta / ricotta cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves of garlic, minced

Large handful of basil, roughly chopped

500g pasta

 

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 200c.
2. In a large baking dish, lay out the tomatoes and place the cheese in the middle, coat in olive oil and season.
3. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, remove from the oven and mix in the garlic and basil.
4. Add the cooked pasta, stir thoroughly, serve and enjoy!!
