Ingredients
280g Glutinous Rice
60g Jasmine Rice
400ml cold water used for cooking the rice
35g dried shrimp (soak overnight in some water)
2 pieces Chinese Sausage
5 pieces Chinese Mushroom (soak overnight in some water)
250ml cold water for the sauce
Oil for cooking
4 Coriander sprigs (finely chopped)
2 spring onions (finely chopped)
Sauce Seasonings:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
few drops sesame oil
1/4tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
250ml cold water

Method
step 1. Wash and Rinse the Glutinous rice and Jasmine Rice together in a bowl about 4 to 5 times until the starchy white water becomes clear.
Step 2. Add 400ml of water to the rice and cook in the rice cooker
Step 3. Finely dice the dried shrimp, mushroom and chinese sausage. Heat a pan and add in a bit of oil. Add in the shrimp, mushroom and chinese sausage and stir fry for 3mins until you smell the aroma.
Step 4. Add in all the sauce seasonings to the pan and cook for a further 3 to 4mins.
Step 5. Combine the rice with all the sauce ingredients and mix well together. Add in the chopped coriander and spring onions. Ready to serve.
