2 red apples
1 pack of mini marshmallows
1 pack Philadelphia cream cheese
A few drops of green food colouring
3 dessertspoons of MiWadi 0% sugar Apple and Pear MiWadi or
Juice of one lemon
Blend 2 dessertspoons of the Apple and Pear MiWadi with the cream cheese along with a few drops of green food colouring.
Slice the apple into wedges.
Mix the lemon juice with 1 dessertspoon of the apple and pear MiWadi and brush the apple slices with the mixture (this stops them from going brown).
Spread some of the cream cheese on one side of each apple slice.
Line one slice with marshmallow teeth and pop the second slice on top to make a mouth.
