Ingredients
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• olive oil
• Sweet Peppers
• Chorizo
• 2 x 415 g tins Heinz No Added and Sugar Beanz
• 6 large free-range eggs
• 6 tortillas
• Black pudding
• Cheddar cheese, guacamole and sour cream to serve
Method
Put a 10-inch tortilla wrap in a bowl – bake for 2 minutes, then spread relish on the bottom.
Heinz beans mixed with onions, mixed herbs, chorizo, chopped sweet peppers, then add black pudding and a fried egg on top.
Add sour cream, guacamole and chives.
