INGREDIENTS:
For the Tuna:
Tuna loin
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons black sesame seed
Salt
Oil
Chef Sham one for all sauce
Fennel ( thinly sliced)
Chili (chopped)
1 cup vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
For the dressing:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
1 chopped chili
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 lime, zested and juiced
1/2 inch of ginger, grated
Method:
1.
In a mixing bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients until fully combined then set aside.

Mix the fennel in a bowl with vinegar, sugar & chili and set a side.
3.
Place the tuna loin in a small bow and marinate your tuna with Chef Sham one for all sauce. Allow the tuna marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4.
Meanwhile, mix the black and white sesame seeds together and roast the sesame seed for 3 min then set aside.
5.
Remove the tuna from the marinade fry it with oil on a non stick pre heated pan.
6.
Sear on all sides for approximately 30 seconds until nicely seared.
7.
Gently press the sesame seeds on to the tuna until all sides are fully coated. Once coated set aside to rest.
8.
Dress your salad with the dressing. Add in fennel slaw and sliced tuna on top.
