Ingredients
Self Raising Flour
Oat Milk
Baking powder
1 punnet Blueberries/raspberries (optional)
Topping 1
Lotus Biscoff sauce
Biscoff crumb
Dairy free cream whipped
Topping 2
Sliced strawberries
Maple syrup
Sliced banana
Melted peanut butter
Method
In a mug add the flour, oat milk and two tsps of baking powder.
Mix really well with a whisk and then leave in the fridge for 20 mins to rest. Mix in the berries now if using.
Heat a pan with some oil and dairy free butter and try nice thick ladle full amounts of the pancake batter and cook on both sides to get a nice colour.
Stack them up on plates and then garnish with the toppings. Enjoy.
