1. Toss the raw prawns in a bowl with 2 tbsp oil, paprika, cumin, chilli and a crack of salt and pepper.
2. In a frying pan on a med/high heat, add 1 tbsp of oil and add the prawns in to cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn them as they brown and start to color.
3. Add the diced onion, pepper, and mushroom to the pan before the prawns are fully cooked to saute and soften.
4. For the dressing: Add the yogurt, lime juice, chopped coriander, oil, garlic and salt & pepper to a bowl and mix well. Add in the grated carrot and cabbage to the mix to make a zesty coleslaw.
5. For the tacos: Use a spoon of coleslaw on the tortilla base, add a spoon of the spicy prawn mix and top with some optional guacamole, salsa etc. !
