Baked Cod with French Beans, Sweet Mustard & Tomato Salsa

Baked codling fillet, French beans, sweet mustard, tomato salsa
4 codling fillets skinned
400g French beans topped & tailed
1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
½ clove garlic, peeled & finely chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped herbs
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped herbs
Combine cheese, crumbs & herbs together. Roll out & cut into squares. Place over cod fillets which have been seasoned.
On a greased oven tray bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until crust has browned.
Cook beans until tender, strain off water, add mayonnaise, mustard, honey & garlic. Season.
Mix tomato, chilli & herbs, season & spoon over cod.
