The Cupcake Bloke was in the kitchen with this recipe for delicious posh instant noodles.
Ingredients
Vegetables of choice, finely sliced
30g Instant Noodles - seasoning sachet discarded
25g Creamed Coconut, grated
1tsp Sriracha sauce
1tsp Fish Sauce
Fresh root ginger
½ Chicken Stock Cube
Coriander & ¼ Lime, to serve
For Ramen
Mushrooms of choice, sliced
30g Instant Noodles - seasoning sachet discarded
25g Miso Paste
1tsp Fish Sauce
½ Beef Stock Cube
oft Boiled Egg, Spring Onion & Sesame Seeds, to serve
Method
Place all the ingredients apart from the Lime and Coriander / Egg, Spring Onion and Sesame Seeds in a heatproof lidded container.
When ready to eat, pour 300ml boiling water over the mixture until just covered.
Close the container and leave for 5 minutes.
Mix it together to break up the noodles.
Place the lid back on and leave for another 2 minutes.
Eat immediately.
