The Happy Pear guys were in the kitchen to whip up these delicious truffles.
Ingredients:
For the filling (date toffee):
· 100g Walnuts
· 100g Cashew Nuts
· 200g Medjool Dates
· 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
· 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
· 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
For the chocolate coating:
· 250g dark chocolate
Method:
· Blend in a food processor until super smooth with a toffee like consistency.
· Roll into balls and chill.
· Coat in dark chocolate.
