Strawberry Cream Cheese French Toast Roll-Ups

(Serves 6)

Ingredients:
12 slices of white bread
½ x 180g package of Philadelphia Greek Style Cream Cheese
60g strawberry jam
250g strawberries, de-stemmed and sliced
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp butter

To serve:
Icing sugar (optional)
Maple syrup (optional)

Method:
1.  Slice off the crusts from the bread and roll each slice flat with a rolling pin.
2.  Spread some cream cheese along one edge of each slice. Spread over some of the jam and top with fresh strawberries.
3.  Roll up the bread into a log. Repeat with the remaining slices.
4.  Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl.
5.  Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Dip each roll in the egg mixture, shaking off any excess. Cook in the pan for a few minutes per side until golden brown.
6.  Serve hot with a drizzle of maple syrup.
