Cocktail 1 - Fraise Sauvage:
40ml Gin
20ml Fresh lemon juice
30ml Strawberry syrup
60ml Prosseco (30ml in Shaker, 30ml in glass)
Shake and strain into a large coupe glass.
Cocktail 2 - Strawberry-balsamic Smash:
50ml Silver tequila (or any white spirit)
30ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Simple syrup
2 dashes balsamic vinegar
2-3 Strawberries
Basil leaves
Add ingredients to shaker, save the tequila, and muddle.
Add Tequila, shake and strain into glass over ice.
