BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients:
- 6 mini slider buns
- 1 Pork fillet
- Crispy Onions
- Mozzarella
- Slaw
For the BBQ sauce:
- 200mls water
- 100mls apple cider vinegar
- 50mls Worcestershire sauce
- 3 heaped tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 3 tablespoons of American mustard
- Sprinkle of chilli flakes
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- A knob of butter
Method:
1 Pop all the sauce ingredients into a saucepan on a medium and slowly whisk together for a couple of minutes.
2 On a hot pan sear the pork fillet on all sides to brown
3 Then add your pork and sauce to the slow cooker for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
4 Once cooked use two forks to shred the pork up and then it's ready for your burgers.
5 Slice your slider buns in half and toast both inside sides.
6 Then grab your bottom buns and drop some mozzarella and pop back under the grill for a minute to allow the cheese to melt.
7 Add your pork, slaw and crispy onions and then the top buns. All a little more mozzarella and back under the grill for a minute.
