Ingredients
160 g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 banana
1 egg
100ml milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. blitz all ingredients in a food processor and set aside in fridge for 1 hour.
2. Fry the pancake batter on large pre heated frying pan on medium heat. Flip the pancakes over when you see air pockets start to form.
3. Serve with Nutella and toppings of your choice from your local Costcutter
