Ingredients:
Butter
· 600ml of Cream (The better quality cream, the better the butter)
Filling
· 2 Cloves of garlic
· Mixed herbs of your choosing
Method:
1. Whip the cream together until it becomes thick and of butter consistency.
2. Drain and squeeze out the buttermilk from the butter using a cheese cloth.
3. Squeeze and press butter into a lump until there is no liquid coming out of it.
4. Mould the butter into balls.
5. You can add the garlic and mixed herbs to one of the balls and leave the other plain. You can add salt to the butter if you’d like.
6. Then finally serve with some bread of your choice.
