Vegan Chocolate Lunch Snacks


INGREDIENTS:


2 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1-2 tbsp natural sweetener (date or maple syrup or maple)
1 tbsp almond nut butter.

 


METHOD:


1. Melt all your ingredients in a pan on a very low heat and then pour into silicone moulds, or
cupcake holders, or ice cube trays.
2. Mix the chocolate mixture with different nuts, seeds and dry freeze fruit for the garnish, then
allow to settle.
3. Put in the freezer for 20-30 mins to harden the mould.
RECIPE 2: MINI VEGAN SNICKERS
INGREDIENTS:
1 medjool date
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp almond nut butter
1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1-2 tbsp natural sweetener (date or maple syrup or maple)
METHOD:
1. Cut open a medjool date and remove the stone.
2. Fill with the same mixture used for the fruit cups and leave to freeze
