Serves 5
ingredients:
454g Minced Steak
115g cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Burger Buns
115g Gruyere Cheese
Toppings:
Butterhead Lettuce
Vine Tomatoes
Method:
1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain.
2. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from the heat; set aside.
3. Press each Burger Bun onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin tin.
4. Spoon beef mixture into cups; top with cheese.
5. Bake at 400° for 14-16 minutes or until cups are golden brown.
6. Top with lettuce and vine tomatoes and serve.
