Method:
Shanky’s Whip Whiskey caramel liqueur, Guinness and fresh espresso shaken and served straight up. Garnished with a cinnamon sugar shamrock.
Writer’s Tears Whiskey Sour
50ml Writer’s Tears copper pot Irish Whiskey
25ml fresh lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
1 egg white/ 25ml agua faba/ 4 drops cocktail foaming agent
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Method:
Writer’s Tears copper pot Irish Whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, aromatic bitters and egg white. Alternatively agua faba or cocktail foaming agent can be used in place of egg white
Garnish: Orange zest twist and single fresh Shamrock leaf

60ml Five Farms Irish Cream liqueur
30mls Amaretto
Method:
Five Farms luxury Irish Cream liqueur shaken with amaretto and served on the rocks, garnished with crushed meringue.

75ml cloudy apple juice
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Monin green apple syrup
Method:
Cloudy apple juice and fresh lemon juice with green apple syrup, shaken and served straight up. Garnished with cinnamon dusted apple fan.
