Beef Carpaccio

4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:

400 gr thinly sliced beef, fillet or striploin

2 spoons of capers, washed

½ lemon, juiced

2 Anchovies (if you like!)

100 ml Extra Virgin Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Shaved Grana Padano/Parmigiano Reggiano

Rocket Salad

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Ask your butcher to slice and pound the meat for you; if you can’t ask a butcher, at home, lay a slice of beef on cling film, cover with more cling film and pound with a hammer until thin.

Arrange on the plates, nicely, using all the surface of the plate.

In a mortar, mix the lemon juice, capers and anchovies. Add the lemon juice and oil.

Once that is ready, spread it over the meat.

Arrange the shaved Grana or Parmigiano around, add some rocket leaves and enjoy!!!!
