Ingredients
500g mashed potato
1 tbls cumin
1 tsb garam masala
I tsp turmeric
1 tbls coriander powder
Fresh coriander finely chopped
50g green peas
1 tsp garlic powder
For the pane
3 eggs
Splash or milk
Panko breadcrumbs
flour
Method
1. Mix all ingredients together and form a burger or similar shape.
2. Freeze this and then pane it in the mix above
3. Deep fry the cake at 170C until golden brown.
4. Serve with katsu curry sauce.
