Ingredients:
2 brioche baps
500g beef mince 12% fat
4 slices smoked streaky bacon
1 banana
2 tsp brown sugar
1 egg
5 cream crackers (crushed)
2 tsp peanut butter
Onion rings
Salt pepper
1 onion (diced)
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
Ketchup
Mustard
Method:
1. The first thing to do is make the burger- mix the crackers, beef mince, salt, pepper, onions, garlic, egg, a squirt of ketchup and mustard.
2. Mould the burger into a nice desired shape, pan fry on both sides for 2 mins and cook in a convection Al oven at 180C for 12 mins until fully cooked.
3. Fry the bacon until it is crispy, deep fry the onion rings and set aside.
4. Cover the banana slices in brown sugar and use a blow torch to caramelise them.
5. Add on the peanut butter and build the burger.
