Ingredients
2 eggs
4 bacon medallions roughly chopped
5g cheese
Salt
Pepper
Puff pastry sheet
Method
1. Cut the puff pastry into 5cm x 5cm squares.
2. Add the egg, bacon and cheese into a bowl and mix with salt and pepper.
3. Place a heaped tsp of the mix onto the puff pastry sheet and fold in all the corners.
4. Brush with egg wash and bake in the air fryer at 200C for 7 mins.
