Oisin Davis' Non-Alcoholic Cocktails recipes
CEDER'S COOLER
Ingredients:
35 ml Ceder's Crisp Non Alcohol Gin (€25 rrp available nationwide)
35 ml sweetened Camomile Tea
120 ml Premium Tonic Water
Cucumber slice
Method:
To make the tea, place two camomile tea bags into a mug or small jug. Pour in boiling water and mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir to combine and allow to chill. Fill a large glass with ice. Pour in the Ceder's and tea and stir. Top up with tonic water and drop in the cucumber.
NON ALCOHOL ESPRESSO MARTINI
Ingredients:
40ml Lyre’s Coffee Originale (€26 rrp available nationwide)
25ml Lyre’s White Cane Spirit (€25 rrp available nationwide)
40ml freshly brewed coffee, allow to chill
10ml sugar syrup
Method:
To make the sugar syrup, mix equal parts sugar with boiling water and stir to combine. Place all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Seal the shaker and mix hard for 20 seconds. Strain into a martini glass.
