Kelly Lou's Mars Krispie Christmas Puddings
Ingredients:
200g butter 400g chopped Mars bars 200g Rice Krispies 150g white chocolate Sprinkles of your choice to decorateMethod:
- In a saucepan melt together the butter and Mars bars on a low heat - Use a whisk to break up the Mars bar Nougat - Once melted pour over Rice Krispies in a large bowl and mix until the Krispies are fully coated in the chocolate mix - Press the mix into a lined cupcake tin and put into the fridge to set for minimum 3 hours or overnight - When Krispies are fully set remove from cupcake case and turn upside down - Melt the white chocolate over a Bain Marie or in a microwave - With a piping bag or with a spoon cover the top of the krispie with the melted white chocolate and allow to drip down the side - Decorate with sprinkles - Place in fridge for 1/2 hour to set the chocolate
