Ingredients:
(serves 4)
4 Chicken Breast Fillets or 2 Blocks of Haloumi
4 tablespoons Ketchup
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Orange Juice
For the Sauce:
3 tablespoons Mayo
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Tomato Relish
½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
A large pinch of Garlic Granules
To Assemble:
Brioche Burger Buns
Cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Red Onion
Method:
1. Place the ketchup, soy and orange juice in a large bowl and add the chicken, coating evenly. Allow to marinate for as long as you can but not overnight.
2. To make the sauce, add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
3. Cook the chicken on the BBQ. Start on a hot part and move to a cooler part once the meat has been seared.
4. When the chicken has cooked, pop the burger buns onto the bbq to lightly toast them.
5. Serve the Chicken with a generous dollop of sauce on the burger bun and add the remaining desired garnishes.
