4 Ingredient Flatbread Pizzas

Recipe:

4 Ingredient Flatbread Pizzas

Makes 4.

Ingredients

  • 250g plain flour
  • 250g plain yoghurt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Pizza toppings: Sauce - tomato passata, relish, pesto. Meat - leftover cooked chicken, salami, chorizo or sausage. Vegetables - aubergine, courgette, onion, olives, mushroom, leafy green veg. Cheese - mozzarella, cheddar, blue cheese, feta.

 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/400°F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl until it comes together to form a pastry ball.
  3. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead with the heel of your hand until a bouncy dough is formed about 2 minutes.
  4. Use a knife to divide the pastry into 4 even balls before rolling each out until about 1cm thick with a rolling pin, clean bottle or use the heels of your hands to spread out. Turn your flatbread over each time after rolling in one direction to get an even dough.
  5. Now for the toppings: spread your choice of sauce, fresh or dried herbs or garlic on the base of your flatbread dough.
  6. Add your choice of meat, vegetables or cheese as you like on top.
  7. Lightly flour a baking tray and place your flatbread pizza on top before baking in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the dough is turning golden.
  8. Once cooked, simply cut in and enjoy!
