Bartender Pat Thomas from Angelinas Restaurant showed us how to make some tasty cocktails ahead of Valentine's Day.

Valentine's Fizz

30ml citron vodka

30ml lemon juice

30ml strawberry syrup

Dash egg whites

Prosecco top.

 

Smoke on Water

60ml Teelings Small Batch Whiskey

10ml Orgeat

3 dash angostura bitters

Poppy smoke

 

Clover Club

50ml Dry Gin

5 fresh raspberries

20ml sugar syrup

40ml lemon juice

Dash egg whites

 

Espresso Affogato Freddo

Double espresso

45ml vodka

20ml coffee liquor

15ml vanilla syrup

2 dash mole bitters

Scoop vanilla ice cream.
