Broadband T&C's

The prize consists of 12 months of free broadband service at the fastest available speed at the winners service address subject to service availability.

The promoition is open to both new and existing residential customers. Business accounts are excluded.

The prize applies to broadband services only. Any other products or servcies including tv home phone mobile services or add ons are not included and will continues to be charged at the applicable rates

Any standard activation or installation charges relating to the broadband service included in this promotion will be waived

For exisiting customers the broadband element of the monthly bill be credited for the 12 month promotional period. All other services on the account will continue to be billed at the applicable rates

For new customers broadband charges will not apply during the 12 month promotional period. Any additional products or services selected by the customer will be billed at the applicable rates.

If the winner changes thies broadband package during the promotional period, the promotional credit will be adjusted accordingly. Any charges not covered by the promotional credit will be payable by the customer.

No minimal contract term applies during the promotional period. The winner may cancel thier broadband service at any time by providing 30 days notice.

At the end of the 12 month promotion period, exisiting customer will automatically rever to the closest available equivalent broadband package (or the closest avilable)

New customers will automatically revert to the closest available equivalent broadband package or (the closest available)

The prize is liited to one residential Virgin Media service availability at the installation address.

These promotional terms supplement Virgin Media's standard residential terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the standard residential terms and conditions, these promotional terms will take precedence. E-gift cards can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the e-gift card for new travel bookings solby inspire ony at www.travelbyinspire.eu/ and cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel provider, travel vouched or promotion. Standalone flight, cruise, Eurotunnel or ferry products may be booked when using e-gift card as a form of payment but will attract a booking fee which will be advised at the time of booking. Further travel product limitations may apply, details of such additional limitations are provided when the e-gift is purchased through a card distributor or reseller. E-gift cards may be used to make new bookings for travel products of a higher price than the amount on the card, on the payment of the difference. Cards can be redeemed on new bookings and used as payment towards any outstanding balances on an existing booking. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to but another e-gift card. E gift card are valid for a period of up to 18 monthes from date of issuance.

Virgin Voyages & VMTV Access Keys T&C's

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of Access Keys awarded in connection with the Virgin Voyages x Virgin Media Television ("Giveaway"). By participating in the giveaway, you are deemed to have accesoted these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not premitted to use the Access Key. These terms are in addition to Virgin Media Television's Terms and conditions.

**Access Key is for use on new booking only**

1. The winner of the Virigin Voyages x Virgin Media Ireland giveaway has won a complimentary voyage, bookable through the use of a code that we call an "Access Key" The voyage will be for the winner and one guest. We may refer to the winner as "recipient" in these terms and conditions.

2. Access Key:

(a) is redeemable by the winner for a new booking of an eligible voyage (defined below) in a double occpancy Sea Terrace cabin and must be applied at the point of purchase;

(b) may be use for a voyage and any applicable taxes and fees;

(c) does not cover surcharges, voyage protection or transfers, which are the responsibility of the recipient and payable at the time of booking;

(d) may only be used for voyage redemption by the recipient

(e) is not transferable; and

(f) may not be combined with any other discounts, sepecial offers, or promotions.

3. A recipient will be eligible to bid for a cabin upgrade if the "level Upgrade" program is activated, which it is from time to time, in respect of their eligible Voyage. Recipients who are eligible for level upgrade wull automatically recieve an email inviting them to bid for a cabin upgrade in accordance with the terms and conditions of the level upgrade offer.

4. Important Dates and Eligible Voyages

(a) To be eligible for redemption of the Access Key, the selected Voyage must:
Depart between August 7th 2026 abd August 31 2027 (inclusive), excluding blackout dates and be of 9 nights or less

be booked with the recipient as the 'Primary Sailor' and other wise comply with these terms.

(b) Virgin Voyages reserves the right to block certain sailings, known as blackout dates.

(c) while no booking window esists, Recipient is advised to book using their access Key early as voyages may fill up and all eligible Voyages are subject to avilability. All eleigible bookings are also subject to the applicable terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

(d) If any change to a booking made using the Access Key causes the booking to cease to be for an eligible Voage, the recipient will be responsible for the cost of the re-booked Voyage, plu applicable taxes, fees, surcharges and re-booking fees.

5. The Winner and guest must be 18 or over at the time of travel. the winner and guest must each satisy Virgin Voyages additional requirements for passage as set forth in the Virgin Voyages additional Terms and conditions at www.virginvoyages.com/addl-terms-and-conditions.

6. The Access Key is not transferable, is nonrefundable and not replaceable from the Winner. The Guest may be changedup to two days before the voyage. the Access Key has no cash value and is not reddemable for cash. Winner and guest must travel on the same voyage.

7. The Access Key may only be redeemed on eligible bookings made via the Virgin Voyages website and in accordance with the instructions provided by Virgin Voyages. The Access Key cannot be used for booking made via a travel agent or any other method/

8. The access key may not be used and are not applicable for charters nor may they be used customised groups programs (i.e a 'value add group.)

9. Any tax liability, including disclosure obligations, connected with the receipt or use of the access key is the recipients and guests responsibilty and liability

10. The selling or bartering of any access key in exchange for any consideration is strictly prohibited. The access key is void if transferred or sold for cash or other consideration.

11. By accepting this offer, the winner and guest expressly agree to the use of thie images for promotional purposes by the Virgin Media Televiosion and Virgin Voyages on any and all media in perpetuity.

12. Virgin Voyages will evaluate instances of apparent or suspented violation of these terms and may be subject to action at Virgin Voyages sole discretion, which may include cancellation of their access key and any affected booking for a voyage and or permenant banning from Virgin Voyages vessels.

13. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to substitute ports, change iteneraries or substitute vessels on all itineraries as more specifically provided in the Virgin Voyages Ticket agreement, available at www.virginvoyages.com/ticket-contract. both the ticket contract and Virgin Voyages additional terms and conditions also available online at www.virginvoyages.com/web-marketing/addl-terms -and-conditions.html are applicable to the Winner and guest upon booking/redemption of the access key. Amonh other points within the ticket contract, any dispute resolution between you and Virgin.

Voyages must take place in Miami, Dublin, or Miami, and must be filed within a certain period of time. virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion with or without notice.

14. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms or the actuaul or attempted redemption of any access Key, the decision of Virgin Voyages will be final.
