Broadband T&C's:

Free Broadband Competition - Terms and Conditions

• The prize consists of 12 months of free broadband service at the fastest broadband spped available at the winner's service address, subject to availability
• The promotion is open to both new and existing Virgin Media residential customers. Business accounts are excluded.
• The prize applies to broadband services only. Any other products or services, including TV, home phone, mobile services or add-ons, are not included and will continue to be charged at the applicable rates.
• Any standard activation or installation charges relating to the broadband  service included in this promotion will be waved
• for exising customers, the broadband element of the monthly bill will be credited for the 12 month promotional period. All other services on the account will continue to be billed at the applicable rates
• For new customers, broadband charges will not apply during the 12 month promotional period. Any additional products or services selected by the customer will be billed at the applicable rates.
• If the winner changes their broadband package during the promotional period, the promotional credit will be adjusted accordingly. Any charges not covered by the promotional credit will be payable by the customer.
• No minimum contract term applies during the promotional period. The winner may cancel their broadband service at any time by providing 30 days notice
• At the end of the 12 month period:
• Existing customers will automatically revert to the closest available broadband package and the applicable price in affect at the time.
• New customers will automatically begin paying the applicable monthly price for their broadband package (or the closest available equivalent if it is no longer available)
• The prize is limited to one residential Virgin Media account per winner and may not be transferred, exchanged fr cash or substituted for any other product or service
• The prize is subject to Virgin Media service availability at the installation address
• The promotional terms supplements Virgin Media's standard residential terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the standrad reseidential terms and conditions, these promotional terms will take precedence. All other Virgin Media residential terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
• Virgin Media reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promtional offer where reasonably necessary, including where required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Flight Voucher T&C's:

E-gift cards can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the e-gift card for new travel bookings sold by Inspire at https://www.travelbyinspire.eu/ and cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel provider, travel coucher or promotion. Standlone flight, cruise, eurotunnel or ferry products may be booked wheb using an e-gift card as a form of payemnt but will attract a booking fee which will be advised at the time of booking. Further travel product limitations may apply, details of such additional limitations are provided when the e-gift card is purchased through a card distrubuter as a reseller. E-gift cards may be used to make new bookings for travel products of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference. Crads can be redeemed on new bookings and used as payment towards any outstanding balances on existing bookings. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy another gift card or egift card. E-gift cards are valid for a period of up to 18 months from date of issuance.

E-gift card will be emailed within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery email address from the winner.

The prize is subject to additional virgin voyages booking and travel terms and conditions.

The winner and their guest must comply with all virgin voyages booking policies, conditions of carriage and onboard rules

Sailing dates, cabin type and itinerary are subject to availability and may change

Virgin Voyages reserve the right to refuse boarding if passengers do no meet required travel conditions

Full Virgin Voyages terms and conditions will be provided to the winner at the time of booking and must be accepted prior to travel.

Access key terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ('terms) apply to the use of acces keys awarded in connection with the virgin voayges x virgin media television ('Giveaway). By participating in the giveaway, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the access key. These terms are in addition to Virgin Media Televisions terms and conditions.

**Access key is for use on new booking only**

1. The winner of the virgin voyages x Virgin Media Ireland giveaway has won a complimentary voyage, bookable through the use of a code that we call an access key. The voyage will be for the winner and one guest. We may refer to the winner as a 'recipient' in these terms and conditions.

2. The access key

Is redeemable by the winner for a new booking of an eligible voyage (Defined below) in a double occupancy sea terrace cabin and must be applied at the point of pruchase

May be used for a voyage and any applicable taxes and fees

Does not cover, surcharges, voayge protection or transfers, which are the responsibility of the recipient and payable at the time of booking.

may only be used for voyage redemption by the recipient

is not transferbale and

may not be combined with any other discounts special offer or promotions

A recipeint will be eligible to bid for a cabin upgrade if the level upgrade program is activated, which it is from time to time. In respect of their eligible voyage, recipients who are eligible for level upgrade will automatically receive an email inviting them to bid for a cabin upgrade in accoradnce with the terms and conditions of their level upgrae offer

Important dtaes and eligible voyages:

To be eligible for redemption of the access key, the selected voayge must

• Depart between august 7th 2026 and august 31st 2027 (Inclusive), excluding blackout dates and be 9 nights or less.
• Be booked with the recipeint as primary sailor
• Otherwise comply with these terms

While no booking window exists. recipient is advised to book using their access key early, as voyages may ill up, and all eligible voyages are subject to availability.All aligible bookings are also subject to the applicable terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

if any change to a booking made using the access key cause the booking to cease to be for an eligible voyage, the recipient will be responsible for the cost of the rebooked voyage, plus applicable taces, fees, surcharging and re-booking fees.

• The winner and guest must be 18 years of ages or older at the time of travel. The winner and guest must each satisfy virgin voyages additional requirements of passage as set fourth in the virgin voyages additional terms and conditions at https://www.virginvoyages.com/addl-terms-and-conditions.
• The access key is not transferable, is nonrefundable and not replaceable from the winner. The guest may be changed up to 2 days before the voyage. The access key has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. Winner and guest must travel on same voyage.
• The acces key may only be reedemed on eligible bookings made via the virgin voyages website and in accordance with the instructions provided by Virgin Voyages. The access key cannot be used for booking made via a travel agent or any other method
• The access key may not be used and are not appliacble or charters, nor may they be used for customized group programs (I.e. a value add group)
• Any tax liability, including disclouser obligations, connected with the recepit or use of the access key is the recipients and guests responsibility and liability.
• The selling or bartering of any access key or offering anyaccess key in exchange for any considertion is strictly prohibited. The access key is void if transferred or sold for cash or other consideration.
• By accepting this offer, the winner and guest expressly agree to the use of their images for promotional purposes by the Virgin Media Television and Virgin Voyages on any and all media in perpetuity.
• Virgin Voyages will evealuate instance of  apparent or suspected violation of these terms and may investigaet in its sole discretion. Anyone considered to have breached these terms may be subject to action at Virgin Voyages sole discretion, which may include cancellation of their access key and any affected booking for a voyage and/or permanent banning from Virgin Voyages vessels.
• Virgin Boyages reserves the right to substitute ports, changer itineraries or substitue vessels on all itineraries as more specificlly provided in the Virgin Voyages ticket agrrement, available at https://www.virginvoyages.com/ticket-contract. Both the ticket contract and virgin voyages additional T&C's are also available online at https://www.virginvoyages.com/Web-marketing/addl-terms-and-conditions.html, are applicable to the winner and guest upon booking/redemption of the access key. Among other points within the ticket contract, any dispute resolution between you and Virgin Voyaages.

Voyages must takeplace in Miami, Dublin or Miami and must be filled within a certain period of time. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion with or without notice.

• In the event of any dispute regarding these T&C's or the actual or attempted redemption og the access key, the decision of virgin voyages will be final.
