Terms & Conditions:

Prize package is for 2 adults, all of whom must travel at the same time; At least one person travelling must be over the age of 21; Where any travelers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; Accommodation is for 3 nights, based on one double occupancy room for two adults, staying in the Cotswolds, UK; a valid credit or debit card may be required to guarantee the accommodation on check in; stay must include a Saturday night; Economy flights from Dublin, ROI only, car hire and £150 fuel allowance is provided, flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion, for the rental car / car hire, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental, a valid credit card in the name of the named driver with adequate funds will be required for security deposit purposes when renting the car;

Additional travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s; the prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, rental car, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; all elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered; accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; all travelers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country; prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;

For the vineyard tour, participants must be aged 18 or over, proof of age may be required, this tour is only available on Saturdays Nov-Mar and Thurs-Sun April-Oct; The pasta making class is only available on select Saturdays throughout the year, if unavailable over winner's chosen travel dates an alternative activity to the same monetary value will be provided; The high ropes experience is not suitable for those who are pregnant or have neck, back or heart conditions, a maximum weight will apply and will be advised upon booking; For the stand up paddleboarding, all guests must be aged 11 years old or over to hire the single SUPs or kayaks. Children aged 6 – 10 years are permitted in the double kayaks when accompanied by an adult; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd.
